This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Website and is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices which governs protected health information (“PHI”). These are the guidelines used by Maryland Integrative Rheumatology and Wellness LLC, (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) in protecting your privacy. Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and in any manner, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Company encourages you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide through the Site. We do not sell or distribute user information to unaffiliated third parties, except as needed to provide services that you have requested. We may gather Site use information and distribute this information to affiliated companies in order to serve your needs and respond to your information requests.
User Information
During your interaction with the Site, Company may request information from you. The only information Company will collect and store about you is information you decide to provide to Company. If you have voluntarily submitted user information to us through an email or contact form or any other information, Company will only use such information for the purpose that it was provided or as otherwise permitted by law. If you are an established patient and use the secure Patient Portal to communicate with your healthcare providers or access your health information, those communications and records are governed by HIPAA, our Notice of Privacy Practices, and the separate privacy and security policies provided by the Patient Portal vendor.
Other Information
Company may use server logs to record a visitor’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and to collect general information about the visit to the Site, such as the time and length of the visit, and the web pages accessed during the visit. Company may use this information for Site management and performance monitoring only. Company does not make this information available to unaffiliated third parties, but may share it with affiliated companies.

The Site may include social media features, such as share buttons and interactive tools provided by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other platforms. Minors and Unauthorized Use
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Company does not knowingly collect, process, sell, or share personal data for targeted advertising from any consumer Company knows, or should know, is a minor under 18. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this website or provide Company with any personal information. If Company discovers or has reason to believe that a user is under 18 and has provided unauthorized data, Company will immediately delete that information and terminate the user profile. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal data to Company without your authorization, please contact Company immediately at info@marylandintegrativerheumatology.com and we will promptly remove it.
International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States.
