Acceptance of Terms of Use
Maryland Integrative Rheumatology and Wellness LLC (“Company”) requires that all visitors (“you”) to the Company website marylandintegrativerheumatology.com (“Site”) abide by the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). By accessing and using the Site you indicate your agreement to these TOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TOU, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. Company reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time and in any manner, without prior notice.
Rights
Company owns this Site and Company, or its content providers, own and/or retain the rights to all content, Web pages, source code, materials, data, information, text, screens, services, design, layout, screen interfaces, “look and feel”, logo or graphic images appearing herein, and the operation of this Site (collectively, “Materials”), which are protected by various intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and service marks. Nothing in these TOU transfers any rights in the Materials to you or any third party and you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or viewing any Materials. Scope of Site
In General. The Site provides general information about Company’s integrative rheumatology practice, including services, providers, hours of operation, contact information, and educational content related to rheumatologic conditions and integrative medicine. The Site may also provide access to certain online features, including appointment request forms, a patient portal, and other interactive tools.
Informational Purposes. All Materials on the Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Materials are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information presented on the Site does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Any inquiries submitted through the Site’s contact forms or email will be treated as general inquiries and not as requests for medical advice. Your use of the Site, including any communication through contact forms, email, appointment requests, or other interactive features, does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Company or any of its providers. A physician-patient relationship is established only through an in-person consultation or a properly established telehealth visit in accordance with applicable Maryland law and Company’s practice policies.
Communication Limitations. The publicly accessible portions of the Site (i.e., any portions other than the Patient Portal) are not secure communication channels. Do not submit personal health information, medical records, or other sensitive information through general Website contact forms or email. Use the Patient Portal for all communications involving your protected health information.
Use Limitation
As a condition of your use of the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by these TOU. You will not use the Site in any manner that could: (a) damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or any related service provider server, or the network(s) connected to the Site or any related service provider server; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other users' accounts, the Patient Portal (if you are not a registered patient), or any systems or networks connected to the Site; or (c) interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.
Linking
A link to a linked website (“Linked Site”) on this Site does not mean that Company endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, functioning or use of such Linked Site, and you rely upon or enter any such website at your own risk. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. You agree that Company has no control over or liability for information on Linked Sites. You should be aware that Linked Sites may contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, and other provisions that are different from the provisions provided on this Site. Company is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions. Company prohibits unauthorized hypertext links to this Site, or the framing of this Site.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and all of its respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents thereof, from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your violation of these TOU or misuse of any services accessible through the Site.
Termination
Company reserves the right to discontinue providing and/or to terminate your access to the Site or any portion thereof at any time.
Information You Provide
All information you provide to Company must be either your information or information you are authorized by a third party to share with Company. You are prohibited from sharing with Company information of a third party, such as a co-applicant on a loan or account application, without you first obtaining the third party’s authorization to share the information with Company.

Governing Law and International Use
